For every registered guest, Borgman Ford will donate $20 to the Buist Community Assistance Center!

Serving 200-250 families each week, BCAC offers a choice food pantry which provides a week to ten days of food for each family in need. Their clothing room is available to all clients, stocked with clothing for all ages. Providing a large community supper once a month, BCAC believes in touching lives through service.

Drive One 4 UR School 2012!

Help the Grandville Band Program Earn $6,000 from Borgman Ford By Taking a Test Drive Sat. Oct. 20th

Help out the award-winning Grandville Band program continue to serve its 800 Gr. 6-12 music students by attending Borgman Ford’s “Drive One 4 Ur School” event, which will run Sat., Oct. 20 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Grandville High School. Each test-drive nets the school $20, for an award up to $6,000.

Band parent and organizer Barb Brown says the money will help equip new students with some of the more expensive instruments and continue to improve the popular program in the face of continuing funding cuts. For example, funding helps pay for uniforms, semi-truck transportation to state competitions, and more. Without it, the program could not compete in events like the MSBOA one it just completed in Zeeland, where the Marching Band received a #1 rating for the 45th consecutive year.

Ford: Do You Have ET for EV?

Everything has an associated etiquette, from whatever that small fork in a table setting is supposed to be used for, to wiping down sweaty gym equipment when you’re done working out. That means there’s also an unwritten etiquette for electric vehicles, or ET for EV!

You know what? We’re going to go ahead and make those rules written! With around 9,400 public charging stations in the U.S., including at fast-food joints and universities, we know there’s likely a protocol developing. New Ford Fusion Makes MPG History

“City, highway and everywhere in between, the Fusion Hybrid is EPA-certified at 47 mpg.”

That’s Ford Vice President of Powertrain Engineering, Joe Bakaj, sharing the monumental news that the new 2013 Fusion Hybrid will get an EPA-estimated 47 city, 47 highway and 47 combined mpg ratings! A 47 triple play! That beats the Toyota Camry hybrid by 4 mpg in the city and 8 mpg on the highway, according to EPA estimates.

First Look at the Fresh New Ford Fiesta

How do you update a car that is loved by its owners? Very carefully. At a special Go Further with Ford event in Amsterdam, Ford unveiled the new Fiesta, taking Europe’s best-selling small car to a new level with a sharp-looking design changes inside and out.

Among the key exterior items, the new Fiesta will feature a power-dome hood and bold trapezoidal front grille bracketed by headlamps with a laser-cut appearance and daytime LED running lamps.

First Look at Ford’s All-New Global Transit

At a special Go Further with Ford program in Amsterdam, Ford unveiled its new generation of Transit commercial vehicles, developed on all-new global platforms for sale in Europe, North America and other worldwide markets.

For 2,500 dealers and journalists from across Europe, Chris Brewer, Ford Commercial Vehicle Engineer, introduced these new vehicles.
