Recent headlines from the automotive press could read “Ford Scores Another First,” as it became the first manufacturer to win the SEMA Awards for Top Car (Mustang) and Top Truck (F-150) in the same year. It was a big opening for the Ford as they showed how committed they are toward their small cars, large trucks and to racing.
Inside the convention center with 70 one-of-a-kind vehicles on display, Ford showcased everything from the classics of the 1930’s to the twists on present day models. Amazingly, the latest Ford licensed restoration parts delighted fans of the classic 1964-1966 Mustang and now the 1940 coupe.
Ford trucks and SUVs are known for their capability. Ford Explorer SUVs and F-Series trucks are on display, showing off the extreme versatility of their lineups.
Ford out Front, located at the center of the Las Vegas Convention Center parking lot, is back for its third year with four days of rubber burning driving action on the 110,000 square foot ride and drive demonstration course. Showcased around the track are some of the most legendary cars in the 110-year racing history of Ford.
The new Ford Focus made its SEMA show debut with seven customized cars that showcase the possibilities. Offering just about anything a customer could want to boost the performance and personalization of the car. These Focus models show off a wide variety of upgrades and enhancements.
